Pâtisserie

All of our patisserie products are kneaded, shaped, and created by hand, one by one.  Even the puff pastry is handmade (fantastic for upper-body strength!). 
French PDO butter from Charentes-Poitou, French wheat flour without additives, organic seasonal fruits, Brittany fleur de sel, organic almonds, and Callebaut single-origin chocolate.

Because all of our bakery items are freshly made and intended to be enjoyed on the same day, they are NOT suitable for postage or delivery to parts of the UK outside the local area.
