Our perennially popular cinnamon rolls (or Kanelbullar in Nordic countries) were recently awarded a gold star in the 2021 Great Taste Awards. A brioche-based bun made with French T55 flour, eggs, milk, levain, and butter, we leave the dough overnight to develop its delicious flavour before being rolled and filled with oodles of French butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cardamom.
