Ways with Chocolate

If you're a chocolate lover then this is for you!  Learn how to make chocolate mendiants with dried fruits and caramelised nuts.  We will also make a chocolate fondant cake, and you will make your own salted caramel bonbons (filled chocolates)

Refreshments will be provided, including bubbly, tea, coffee, or soft drinks.

The bakery kitchen is compact and is not designed for each participant to have their own separate work station. Our classes can accommodate a maximum of 4 participants, and are a sociable event with everybody working together around a central work bench. They would therefore ideally suit two sets of friends/couples, or a group of four people who all know each other. Participants over the age of 18 only, unless by prior arrangement.

Class is approximately 3.5 hours.   Maximum class size is 4 people.   Please allow for over-running.
