The Lazy Brunch

Whether you're nursing a hangover or just in need of a kickstart to your day, our Lazy Brunch is guaranteed to get you up on the right side of bed!  Not so much "lazy", perhaps, seeing as you'll be doing all the cooking, but that's all part of the fun!

Upon arrival, there will be Peach Bellinis all round (or tea and coffee, if you prefer), and then it's aprons on to get busy in the kitchen:

* The BEST French toast using our melt-in-the-mouth bakery brioche

* Crumpets from scratch (we'll even supply Marmite, if that's your thing...)

* Shakshuka

Once everything is ready, we'll clear down the bakery table so that you can sit down and enjoy your leisurely brunch.  It may even be possible to sit in the garden if the weather is good.

Refreshments are included: Bubbly, tea, coffee, and soft drinks.

The bakery kitchen is compact and is not designed for each participant to have their own separate work station.  Our classes can accommodate a maximum of 4 participants, and are a sociable event with everybody working together around a central work bench.  They would therefore ideally suit two sets of friends/couples, or a group of four people who all know each other.  Participants over the age of 18 only.

The workshop will last approximately 3 hours, including the meal (please allow time for over-running).
