Sourdough Starter (Liquid Levain)

Become an honorary custodian of 200g of our 3 year-old sourdough starter, and try your hand at baking good old-fashioned bread at home.

Comes in a 750ml clip-top jar -- there is something very satisfying about seeing the bubbles!

Will last three days without being fed, or it can be kept dormant in the refrigerator for up to three months.  Just bring it to room temperature and feed it again before you want to use it.
