Soft Chocolate Cake

No fancy decoration here (apart from a few caramelised hazelnuts) -- this thin, single-layer cake is all about the texture and flavour!  Somewhere between fluffy and fondant, this irresistable cake is made with single-origin 66% cocoa content dark chocolate.  Can be enjoyed on its own or is even better with whipped cream or ice cream as the perfect end to a meal.
