Pasta and Tiramisù

In this workshop you will learn how to make three types of pasta (filled and plain), as well as delicious tiramisù.

*Ravioli filled with butternut, sage and ricotta, served with hazelnut butter

*Spaghetti alla Nerano (sauce with courgettes, garlic, and provolone cheese)



Once everything is cooked, we'll clear down the bakery table and enjoy a sociable meal together to taste everything you have made.

Refreshments are included: Bubbly or wine, tea, coffee, and soft drinks.

The bakery kitchen is compact and is not designed for each participant to have their own separate work station.  Our classes can accommodate a maximum of 4 participants, and are a sociable event with everybody working together around a central work bench.  They would therefore ideally suit two sets of friends/couples, or a group of four people who all know each other.  Participants over the age of 18 only.

The workshop will last approximately 4 hours, including the meal (please allow time for over-running).
