In this workshop you will learn how to make an easy puff pastry - the turning and folding process is still the same, but without the need for hours of resting in between each turn.  You will then use the puff pastry to make three vienoisseries:

*Chausson aux Pommes (Apple Turnovers)

*Oranais aux Abricots (puff pastry with crème pâtissière and tinned apricots)

*Cheese Straws

Refreshments will be provided, including bubbly, tea, coffee, or soft drinks, and canapes.

The bakery kitchen is compact and is not designed for each participant to have their own separate work station.  Our classes can accommodate a maximum of 4 participants, and are a sociable event with everybody working together around a central work bench.  They would therefore ideally suit two sets of friends/couples, or a group of four people who all know each other.  Participants over the age of 18 only.

The workshop will last approximately 3.5 hours.  Maximum class size is 4.
