Making canapes or aperitivo or appetisers for guests really doesn't have to be an arduous affair. Let us show you how!  Using simple but deliscious ingredients, we'll put together the following:

*Mini olive, pesto, and sundried tomato baskets

*Mascarpone and roquefort cucumber slices

*Gougères

*Houmous with roasted chickpeas

*Phyllo parcels with baked Feta and honey

*Peach and ricotta crostini

Refreshments will be provided, including bubbly, tea, coffee, or soft drinks.  We welcome you to stay once the class is finished to sit down with a glass of wine and taste what you've made!  It may even be possible to sit in the garden, weather permitting.

The bakery kitchen is compact and is not designed for each participant to have their own separate work station. Our classes can accommodate a maximum of 4 participants, and are a sociable event with everybody working together around a central work bench. They would therefore ideally suit two sets of friends/couples, or a group of four people who all know each other. Participants over the age of 18 only, unless by prior arrangement.

Class is approximately 3.5 hours.   Maximum class size is 4 people.   Please allow for over-running.
