Choux Pastry Workshop

Once you've mastered how to make choux pastry, the options are endless!  And it's really not as difficult as some people think.  In this workshop, you'll learn how to make basic choux pastry, which we'll then use to make Coffee Eclairs, very moreish Chouquettes, and a couple of Religieuses, which are cute little profiterole nuns.

Refreshments will be provided, including bubbly, tea, coffee, or soft drinks.

The bakery kitchen is compact and is not designed for each participant to have their own separate work station. Our classes can accommodate a maximum of 4 participants, and are a sociable event with everybody working together around a central work bench. They would therefore ideally suit two sets of friends/couples, or a group of four people who all know each other. Participants over the age of 18 only, unless by prior arrangement.

Class is approximately 3.5 hours.   Maximum class size is 4 people.   Please allow for over-running.
