Our very elegant and festive Black Forest bûche de Noël contains three layers of dark chocolate Genoise sponge, a layer of dark chocolate cremeux, and a core of very boozy Kirsch cherries, all surrounded by vanilla crème mousseline and a crisp jacket of dark chocolate.
