All of my bread recipes contain a combination of cultivated sourdough starter (levain) and yeast.  The doughs are complex, flavourful, and utterly delicious!  Each bread is handmade by me using traditional French recipes and artisan methods.  I only use French flour, which is much softer than the British and Canadian wheats most commonly used in the UK, as it contains less protein and less gluten.  All of my dough is prepared the day before, and undergoes a long, slow prove overnight.  


The cut-off for orders each day is 2.30pm.
